    • After much work with EMC to figure out the problem -- discover that the IBM Director Agent had been installed but the machine never rebooted until I rebooted it last Friday.
    • Remove the IBM Director Agent RPM's and reboot
    • Run up and down the hall screaming because the tape drives work again
    • Close issue with EMC
  • VACC: create new accounts as requested a week ago
