    • SR 29141696: EMC NETWORKER NOT RESPONSIVE
      1. all commands (nsradmin, nsrjb, mmino) just hang
      2. Nothing new in daemon.raw since 4:47 (that wasn't notification of a User authentication session timing out)
      3. gave EMC 30 minutes to respond before forcefully stopping networker
      4. restarted networker at 7:40am
      5. Waited for daemon.raw update flood to finish (signifies networker has finished starting)
      6. run "nsrim -X" to clean up the cruft
      7. check the jukebox to see that reality matches what networker believes
      8. announce problem/recovery to major customers
      9. It's been over an hour and no call from EMC. Screw them -- time for breakfast.
